Your privacy
matters here.

Last updated: 10 October 2026. This notice covers the Iswi-Linc promotional website at promo.iswi.co.za. The application suite has its own current policies.

Browsing the site

This site uses no advertising pixels, analytics trackers or tracking cookies. Fonts, graphics and our original explainer videos are served by this site. Cloudflare provides traffic delivery and security for the public site and processes connection information, including IP addresses. The hosting infrastructure may also record request details for operation and security. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.

Your messages

The feedback and launch-interest form saves the type of message, your message text, any resource link you supply, and your consent. Your name, email and area of interest are optional. You can give feedback without providing contact details. If you provide an email, we use it to respond to your message, not to add you to a mailing list.

During local development, messages are saved only on the computer running this preview. On a hosted site, messages are private to the Iswi team. They are not automatically published or written to a blockchain. Submissions are automatically removed from the website database after 90 days. We do not sell them. A conversation you choose to continue by email is separate from this website database.

External videos and links

The learning library does not contact YouTube when you browse it. A YouTube player is loaded only after you choose “Play from YouTube.” Playing a third-party video connects your browser to that provider and its privacy terms apply. You can open the original link instead. Following links to other sites also takes you to their services and policies.

Security and your choices

Temporary in-memory request limits help protect the form from spam. Your IP address is not saved in the submissions database. Access to submissions is restricted to the site operator. The public site uses HTTPS to protect messages in transit. Local development previews use HTTP on the computer running them.

To ask about, correct or delete a submission, email admin@iswi.co.za and include the reference shown after you sent it. If you submitted anonymously, that reference helps identify the message. Please avoid including passwords, private keys, identity documents or confidential personal information in feedback.

Who operates this site?

This is an Iswi-Linc project site, developed by the Iswi team. A US nonprofit organisation is planned; its establishment is not yet complete. Privacy questions can be sent to admin@iswi.co.za.
